Hi Amanda,
I hope you still having a good time in Guanajuato. You have not write anything in a while, I miss reading your stories. Have you tried anything new in the food department? Rich an I ate tacos at our local mexican taqueria called "Mamá Testa". The guy there is originally from Leon, Guanajuato, he got very excited when we mentioned that our niece is there to study. He said to tell you to make sure to try "Caldo de Oso". I'm not sure what that is but he said it is very good, and also "Huacamayas", he said they are typical food from Guanajato, have you hear of them?
I hope you're doing well and enjoying the city. Write something soon, I'm looking forward to read your news.
